Trey Brooks-Head Football Coach and Athletic Coordinator, Rockwall High School

Coach Trey Brooks is entering his 12th season at Rockwall High School and his fifth as Head Football Coach and Athletic Coordinator. In Coach Brooks’ first four seasons as the Head Football Coach, the Yellowjackets have compiled a 40-9 record and have won 3 district championships. He previously served as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks coach at Rockwall since 2015, and was the Wide Receivers coach prior to that. During his tenure at Rockwall High School, the football team has been to the playoffs every season and had a total of 17 playoff victories. Coach Brooks began his 17 year coaching career at Mesquite Horn High School where he coached wide receivers.
Coach Brooks graduated from Texas A&M University where he played football from 2003-2006. Coach Brooks was elected as a team captain during his senior season. During his time at Texas A&M, Coach Brooks met his wife Karly. She bleeds orange and has provided unwavering support during this 12 year journey at RHS. The two have been married for 15 years and are the proud parents of twelve-year-old twin boys, Case and Cannon. The boys are in the 7th grade and attend Williams Middle School.
Coach Brooks is a graduate of Georgetown High School in Georgetown, TX.
