Trey Brooks-Head Football Coach and Athletic Coordinator, Rockwall High School

Coach Trey Brooks is entering his 14th season at Rockwall High School and his 7th as Head Football Coach and Athletic Coordinator. In Coach Brooks’ first six seasons as the Head Football Coach, the Yellowjackets have compiled a 50-21 record and have won 3 district championships. He previously served as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks coach at Rockwall since 2015, and was the Wide Receivers coach prior to that. During his tenure at Rockwall High School, the football team has been to the playoff 12 out of 13 seasons and had a total of 18 playoff victories. Coach Brooks began his 19 year coaching career at Mesquite Horn High School where he coached wide receivers.
Coach Brooks graduated from Texas A&M University where he played football from 2003-2006. Coach Brooks was elected as a team captain during his senior season. During his time at Texas A&M, Coach Brooks met his wife Karly. She bleeds orange and has provided unwavering support during this 13 year journey at RHS. The two have been married for 17 years and are the proud parents of fourteen-year-old twin boys, Case and Cannon. The boys are in the 9th grade at Rock9.
Coach Brooks is a graduate of Georgetown High School in Georgetown, TX.
